In executive coaching, you deepen your value system, strengthen your empathy, and thus learn new leadership tools and methods. The focus is always on your core values, the current challenges, and the goals you define and aim to achieve within the coaching process.

  • We meet for a free and non-binding conversation.

  • You tell me about the current situation of your organization and what it means for you.

  • I explain to you what you can achieve through coaching and how the process works.

  • We decide whether the collaboration is a good fit for both of us, and I create a customized coaching design.

  • The coaching sessions can take place on-site or via video.

The process of executive coaching

In the initial discussion, I want to understand, as an executive, the current situation of your organization and your team. We discuss the team's level of maturity and readiness for change, the cultural and operational challenges, as well as your individual situation.

We also consider whether the overall situation calls for executive coaching or a combination of executive coaching and team coaching.

In any case, based on the initial discussion, I create an individual coaching design, combining the modules of the St. Galler Coaching Model (SCM ®) as needed. The SCM basic process, as well as specific processes from SCM Business and Team Coaching, provide ideal opportunities for this. The coaching process is the start of a sustainable values development from within. Together, we identify the central values and goals for you and your team. The coaching design then results in a scope of 4 to 12 hours for your executive coaching and a similar scope for your team. Even though coaching via video call is effective, I always look forward to meeting in person.

For team coaching processes, physical presence is necessary.

As an executive, I have had great experiences with the combination of team coaching and "offsite" meetings. How about a small trip for you and your team? As a token of appreciation for good work and shared successes. Perhaps now is the ideal time to take a break from the office/home office.
